Pursuing place, not things

I do bang on about place, not things, and that might sound disconcerting for local retailers... but I love local retail.
This latest, beautiful example is what I believe the future of retail+value-added service↗ looks like in a provincial resilient, sustainable, resourceful future place:
We can be the little resilient beacon of hope on the Coast.
